Text update
We spent yesterday seeing the northern part of the park, which has some different thermal features. We had lunch in the Mammoth lodge and drove to the Roosevelt area for a western cookout. Major Bison traffic jam along the way. The park is enormous to begin with and any wildlife brings traffic to a halt. The cookout consisted of a wagon ride out into a valley followed by a meal of grilled steaks with lots of western sides with live cowboy music. Natalie got to drive the wagon on the way back. Lots of fun and great food and cowboy coffee. Even without wildlife slowdowns, it took over an hour to get back to our campsite. As I said the park is big c
