Dinner at Jackson Lake Lodge

We had our nicest dinner of the trip in the Jackson Lake Lodge. This is one of those places where the Rockefellers were involved, so murals were commissioned. The views from the lodge and dining room are incredible. I had a Bison ribeye where they removed the fat and replaced it with bacon. Yum.
