Glacier first day

We took a long drive through the park from the west entrance to Many Glacier, a pretty spot at the east end of the park. The lodge at Many Glacier is one of the fancy historic types. We had dinner. Traffic was annoying and many of the trailheads have completely full parking. At one of the main spots to stop, there was a ranger keeping you from trying to enter the overfull lot. We went back two days later.
